From the field, freshly harvested, washed with water, hand-picked, finely chopped and off to the big pans where they are gently roasted in high quality sunflower oil, then perfectly refined with sea salt and fresh straight into the bag to preserve their characteristic aroma and unique quality until the bag is opened.
